The concept of the Suppersmith is simple: name your budget and preferred cuisine, and I will come up with a unique menu for you and your guests, cook and serve the food in your own home, and leave the kitchen as if no-one had been there.

Above all, Ellie was a pleasure to have in our home and left the kitchen spotless. Highly recommended.”

The Gravadlax was the right texture of firmness, but full of the flavours of dill and seasoning that makes this so much more than smoked salmon. The fresh English artichoke was full of the flavours your don’t get in the bigger varieties, and was a goof highlight for the fresh vegetables Eleanor used.  The dessert of panna cotta and rhubarb was presented well and had everyone taking pictures. As with all the plates, Eleanor explained what she had used and answered questions where we had them. She got us more involved with the meal which everyone enjoyed.”
